(2 lbs.) Pulled Pork: NC raised pork shoulder rubbed with our proprietary blend of herbs and spices then smoked over Hickory wood for 14 hours until fork tender. Served with our house made vinegar barbecue sauce.
Whole Smoked Chicken with mustard bbq sauce on the side and house made pickles.
Creamy Cole Slaw: with celery seeds. (contains dairy.)
Summer Salad: With Romaine, Green Onion, Parsley, Cherry Tomatoes, Grated Parmesan Cheese, Crispy Pita Chips and a Red Wine Vinaigrette (contains dairy and gluten)
