How To Get Started:

Plan your 1st week

Choose the week you want to receive your 1st order.

Select the day you want delivery or pickup when you checkout.

Build your 1st order

Select meals from our Finish & Serve and Ready To Eat Menus.

*Minimum of 4 servings per order.

Choose delivery or pickup day

Choose Local Delivery or Curbside Pickup, then select the day you want to receive your 1st order.

Checkout

You will be charged for your 1st order right away.

Future order payments will process at 12 am every Friday.

How Future Recurring Subscription Orders Work:

Preview and select your meals up to 3 weeks out!

Once your first meal kit subscription order processes, you can log in and see menus for the next 3 weeks. You can select the meals you want for upcoming weeks.

Choose meals for the upcoming week, or let us select for you!

If you haven’t already selected your meals, our system will auto-select them for you. Auto-selections will default to the same quantities, with similar proteins and price points as your 1st or most recent order.

Make any changes or skip your Next order before 12 am on Friday

Select or make changes to your meals up until your order processes at 12 am on the Friday before you will receive the order. You can skip an order or pause your subscription anytime before that order processes.

Enjoy!

Refrigerate upon receipt, and follow simple heating instructions when you’re ready to enjoy!

Everything stays fresh in your fridge for up to 4 days.

Becoming A Subscriber

When you arrive to our site, you will receive a popup prompting you to choose to place a Subscription order or A La Carte order.

Select subscription and follow the prompts to build your first subscription order. You will select the day you want to receive this first order, as well as the exact meals for the order. Subsequent orders will be based on the proteins and quantities of your first or most recent order. You can modify your selections anytime before the upcoming order processes (12:01 am Fridays.)

After you build your first subscription order, the items that are auto-selected for future orders will be based on that first (or your most recent) subscription order. Items that are auto-selected are based on the proteins and quantities of that order.

Once you become a subscriber, you can change your delivery/pickup date and delivery address by logging in and editing your details.

Our Finish & Serve and Ready To Eat menus are the two types of meal kit services you can subscribe to for recurring orders.

A Subscription order is a weekly order that automatically processes every Friday (unless you pause/skip/cancel.) The items in your recurring subscription orders are auto-selected for you each week and can be modified anytime before the order processes.

A La Carte orders are non-recurring orders placed from the current week's menu.

Auto-Selection & Future Orders

No. Our Finish & Serve meals rotate each week. Your subsequent orders will be based on the proteins and quantities you selected in your first or most recent order. We cannot always accommodate the exact proteins, but will do our best.

The Ready To Eat meals rotate seasonally, and meals will be auto-selected based on proteins and quantities for these as well.

Don't forget you can always modify the items we've auto-selected for you at any point before your order processes.

You can modify the items in your next 3 upcoming orders, or pause/skip/cancel anytime before the order processes on Friday.

Simply log in to your account and you will see the next three orders. Click the orange button to the right of the order you want to change or select meals for. Select the meals/quantities you want to receive. Click "Your Box" to see the items in your box. Don't forget to click save!

Once you're an active subscriber, you can add one time purchase items to your upcoming order! Note that these items are non-recurring, and will only be for this order.

  1. Simply log in to your subscription account.
  2. Click the orange button to Update or Select Meals next to the upcoming week.
  3. Scroll past the Finish & Serve and Ready To Eat Menus
  4. Select the one time purchase items you want to add to this order.
  5. Click save!
  • Items are auto-selected based. on the proteins, quantities, and serving sizes in your first or most recent chef prepared dinner subscription order.
  • We do our best to stay within the protein selections and price points in your first or most recent order.
  • Please be aware that the total cost of auto-selected orders may vary depending on menu options for a given week.  As a subscriber, you acknowledge potential price fluctuations and have a week to modify your order accordingly. 

Note: If you haven't already selected items for the upcoming week, they will be automatically selected for you on Friday at 12:01 am. You will receive an email notifying you of this and have until 12:01am the following Friday to change these selections.

  • Of course! Simply select A La Carte in the welcome pop up, or click the Table & Twine logo at the top of the page and Get Started to see and order from the A La Carte (current week) menu.
  • A La Carte orders must be placed separately from subscription orders.

Note that A La Carte orders do not have the automatic 10% subscription discount, or free meal discount. However, you can apply other discount codes to these orders.

Order Deadlines & Schedule

Subscription orders process at 12:01 am every Friday prior to the week you will receive that order.

You must change your upcoming order, or pause/skip that week prior to when the order processes at 12:01 am the Friday before you will receive that order.

We cannot cancel or swap items in your order once it's processed. If you would like to add items to a processed order, shoot us an email at info@tableandtwine.com as soon as possible.

Yes! While we cannot cancel or remove items from a processed order, we can add additional items to it. Please email us at info@tableadntwine.com before the regular order deadline to add items to a processed order.

Payments & Pricing

The price range is driven by the cost range in auto-selected items. We do our best to auto-select orders based on the quantities, protein and price point of your first or most recent order.

Please be aware that the total cost of auto-selected orders may vary depending on menu options for a given week.  As a subscriber, you acknowledge potential price fluctuations and have a week to modify your order accordingly. 

For your very first subscription order, your card will be charged right away. For subsequent subscription orders, your card will be charged and your order for the upcoming week will process every Friday at 12:01 am.

Unfortunately gift cards can only be used on your very first subscription order. The system will not allow us to enter a gift card for recurring payments. You can always use your gift card for holiday packages and non-subscription A La Carte orders.

No. Subscription orders have an automatic 10% discount applied to all Finish & Serve and Ready To Eat meals in the order. You also get a free meal in your first 12 orders.

Other discounts can be applied to A La Carte orders.

  • A free meal will be automatically discounted on your first 12 orders.
  • Skipped/paused weeks will forgo the free meal that week.
  • Cancelled dinner meal kit subscriptions will forfeit any remaining free meals, and will not be available if your re-activate your subscription.
  • The free meal discount will automatically apply to the lowest priced meal in your order.
