Ordering

Table & Twine Charlotte customers can order for the upcoming week when our menu rotates at 12:01 am each Friday morning.

Table & Twine Charleston & Table & Twine Raleigh customers can order for the upcoming week when our menu rotates at 12:01 am each Wednesday morning.

For Charlotte customers, meals must be ordered by 11:59 pm the night before your desired pick-up/delivery date. Order by Monday at 11:59pm to receive your meal on Tuesday. Order by Tuesday at 11:59pm to receive your meal on Wednesday. Order by Wednesday at 11:59pm to receive your meal on Thursday. Order by Thursday at 11:59pm to receive your meals on Friday.

For Charleston and Raleigh Area customers, meals must be ordered by 11:59pm two days before your desired pick-up/delivery date. Order by Sunday at 11:59pm to receive your meal on Tuesday. Order by Tuesday at 11:59pm to receive your meal on Thursday.

Menus are available up to seven days in advance. We also have pre-orders for holidays.

For Charlotte customers, à la carte orders must be placed by 11:59pm the night before your desired pick-up/delivery date.

For Charleston and RDU customers, à la carte orders must be placed by 11:59pm two days before your desired pick-up/delivery date.

Our pre-cooked dinner subscription model ensures that you get all the tasty Table & Twine meals you crave at an affordable price. Even better, our talented chefs will make weekly meal recommendations based on your preferences. You can either accept their recommendations or make changes to your meal kit. You have until Sunday at 11:59pm the week of delivery or pick-up to modify your order. Get started by signing up for a healthy meal kit subscription.  

Of course! If you would like to make a change to the items in your order, reach out to us by email (info@tableandtwine.com) or phone (704-832-4327) and we can make those adjustments for you.*

*Please note that changes to orders must be made prior to the order cut off date.

You can use your Table and Twine discount code or gift card at checkout by simply typing the code or link you received into the “Gift or Discount Code” box and clicking “Apply" at checkout. Please note that most discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts.

Charlotte customers must cancel orders no less than 24 hours before their scheduled delivery/pick-up day to receive a full refund with a 10% cancellation fee. This fee covers credit card processing fees. If you cancel your order less than 24 hours before your scheduled delivery/pick-up day, no refund will be offered as product will have already been purchased.

Charleston and Raleigh/The Triangle customers must cancel orders no less than 48 hours before their scheduled delivery/pick-up day to receive a full refund with a 10% cancellation fee. To limit food waste, we will happily deliver your meal to a friend, neighbor, or co-worker who can accept the order in your absence. We can also donate the food to a local food bank.

Our Meals & Offerings

  • Our Finish & Serve Meals and Ready To Eat Meals keep for 3 to 4 days refrigerated, unless otherwise noted.
  • *Ready To Eat Salads keep for up to 3 days.
  • Desserts keep for 3 days. Frozen take and bake cookies keep for up to 1 month.
  • Buffalo chicken dip, jumbo lump crab dip, and roasted red pepper hummus with vegetables keep for 3 to 4 days refrigerated.
  • Local cheese and charcuterie, cheese and fruit plate, and guacamole keep for 3 days refrigerated.
  • Corn tortilla chips keep for up to 3 days. You can pop them in the oven to freshen them up.
  • Energy bites keep for 4 days refrigerated, or up to 2 months frozen.
  • Drink mixes keep for 5 to 7 days refrigerated.

Every season we offer an updated set of new meals, appetizers, and desserts while maintaining select favorites that our customers love. We also offer new dinner meals weekly.

Fresh Finish & Serve meals rotate each week! These new meals are available to CHS/RDU on Wednesdays, and CLT on Fridays.

Yes! We have a variety of vegetairan meal options as well other diety restrictions. Our Ready To Eat Menu has a variety of salads, bowls, and meals that can be customized with tofu or no protein.

At this time, we are not able to accommodate substitutions or changes to meals.

Our Finish & Serve meals are designed to be ready to serve after 20 minutes or less of heating time.

Our Ready To Eat Meals are just that, ready to eat! Some require just a few moments in the microwave.

Our Family Style Options come in oven-ready pans and are ready after about 30 minutes in the oven.

Many of our appetizers are ready to eat, and others come in oven-ready pans and are ready after about 30 minutes in the oven.

Our Finish & Serve Meals are ready after 20 minutes or less of heating time. They come with a QR code linking to simple heating instructions that requires minimal effort on your part! We've already taken care of the planning, shopping, portioning, chopping, and prep work. All you have to do is heat and eat!

Many of our items, such as our Ready To Eat Menu and Desserts don't require any preparation at all!

Delivery

Our healthy meals are delivered to your door in insulated bags with gel ice packs to ensure freshness. Once you receive your order, be sure to refrigerate everything as soon as possible.

We have temperature tested the bags and ice packs in extreme heat and we can assure you your food stays well within a safe temperature range for several hours. During hotter months, please try to bring your order in within a few hours of receiving it. The ice packs may be soft, and have unavoidable condensation, but still cold.

Yes, delivery fees range from $6.99 to $13.99 depending on your location. We also have a handling fee of $2.99 that covers the cost of packaging and other fulfillment related costs.

We currently deliver to most locations in Charlotte, Raleigh (and the Triangle) and Charleston. Type your zip code in the bar at the top of the page to see if we deliver to your area.

We also offer free curbside pickup for each location.

For Charlotte customers, we currently offer delivery and pick-up on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Meals can be picked up from 10 am to 5:30 pm. Our meals are delivered to your front porch between 10:00 am and 5:30 pm.

For Raleigh and The Triangle customers, we offer deliveries on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 11 am and 6 pm. Curbside pick-up is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 pm to 5 pm.

For Charleston customers, we offer deliveries on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 12 pm and 6 pm. Curbside pick-up is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12 pm to 6 pm.

We require a minimum order size of $34.99 for delivery and $15.00 for pick-up.

Yes, we will do our best to accommodate alternative delivery needs. When placing your order, leave delivery instructions in the notes box.

Yes! Check out our Appetizers & Entertaining Menu for individual appetizers and packages. Our Cocktail Party Package is very popular for hosting holiday parties, celebrations, special occasions, and more. Yes! Our meals make great gifts for new parents, special occasions, sick friends, and everything in between! You can have it delivered directly to them by entering their information in the delivery address at check out.

You can even make it more personal with a hand written note! Check the Add Gift Message box in the cart, add your message, and we will handwrite it and deliver it with their order.

At this time we only offer virtual gift cards.

You can opt to send the virtual gift card to yourself and then print it out for the recipient.

Recycling & Upcycling

There are some great ways you can upcycle and recycle with Table & Twine:

- Use our insulated tote bags for grocery shopping or to transport food on-the-go

- Place our ice packs in the freezer and use them in lunch boxes and coolers

- Store leftovers in our plastic containers

- We can recycle your tote bags, ice packs, and cleaned plastic containers for you! Just drop them off at our local kitchen or leave them on your doorstep on your delivery day.

Less Food Waste:

At Table & Twine, we pre-portion all of the ingredients needed to make your meal. This significantly cuts down on food waste.

Smart Packaging:

To reduce our environmental footprint, Table & Twine has eliminated the use of styrofoam. Instead, we use biodegradable products like paper boxes, bamboo trays, and more.

Heating Instructions:

Table & Twine has gone digital! All of our meal kit heating instructions can now be found on our website through the use of a QR code on your packaging label. This dramatically reduces our paper consumption.
