Charlotte area customers must cancel orders no less than 24 hours before their scheduled delivery/pick-up time to receive a full refund with a 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel your order less than 24 hours before your scheduled delivery/pick-up time, no refund will be offered.
Charleston and Raleigh/The Triangle customers must cancel orders no less than 48 hours before their scheduled delivery/pick-up time to receive a full refund with a 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel your order less than 48 hours before your scheduled delivery/pick-up time, no refund will be offered.
To limit food waste, we will happily deliver your meal to a friend, neighbor, or co-worker who can accept the order in your absence.
For Thanksgiving Orders:
Thanksgiving Order Cancellation Policy: Customers must cancel orders by WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 8th to receive a refund with a 10% cancellation fee. This fee covers credit card processing fees. If you cancel your order after November 8th, no refund will be offered as ingredients will have been ordered. Orders placed after November 8th cannot be canceled.
For Christmas Orders:
Christmas Order Cancellation Policy: Customers must cancel orders by Sunday, December 10th to receive a refund with a 10% cancellation fee. This fee covers credit card processing fees. If you cancel your order after Sunday, December 10th, no refund will be offered as ingredients will have been ordered.
