Grilled Flank Steak: Grilled flank steak seasoned with thyme, garlic and fresh cracked pepper. Served sliced with a house-made chimichurri sauce.

Heating Instructions: preheat oven to 425°F. Remove lid & sauce and place steak in hot oven for 15-20 minutes or until steak reaches internal temperature of 125°F (med rare finish). Drizzle chimichurri over top.
