Charlotte customers must cancel orders no less than 24 hours before their scheduled pick-up/delivery date to receive a full refund with a 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel your order less than 24 hours before, no refund will be offered.

For Charlotte customers, we currently offer delivery and pick-up on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Meals can be picked up from 10am to 5:30pm. Our meals are delivered to your front porch between 10:00am and 5:30pm.
Meals must be ordered by 11:59pm the night before your desired pick-up/delivery date. Order by Monday at 11:59pm to receive your meal on Tuesday. Order by Tuesday at 11:59pm to receive your meal on Wednesday. Order by Wednesday at 11:59pm to receive your meal on Thursday. Order by Thursday at 11:59pm to receive your meals on Friday.

Since we only use seasonal, farm-fresh ingredients, our culinary team reveals new weekly meals, appetizers, and desserts every season.
We require a minimum order size of $40 for delivery and $25 for pick-up.
Yes, we try our best to accommodate specific delivery instructions.
- Our prepared dinner meals and seasonal offerings keep for 3 to 5 days refrigerated.
- Bistro salads keep for up to 3 days.
- Desserts keep for 3 days. Frozen take and bake cookies keep for up to 1 month.
- Buffalo chicken dip, jumbo lump crab dip, and roasted red pepper hummus with vegetables keep for 3 to 5 days refrigerated.
- Local cheese and charcuterie, cheese and fruit plate, and guacamole and corn tortilla chips keep for 3 days refrigerated.
- Energy bites keep for 5 days refrigerated, or up to 2 months frozen. Egg cups keep for 3 to 5 days refrigerated. Smoothies keep for up to 1 month frozen.
- Drink mixes keep for 5 to 7 days refrigerated.

- We’ll recycle our tote bags, ice packs, and cleaned plastic containers for you! Just drop them off at our local kitchen or leave them on your doorstep on your delivery day.

We’ve broken up with styrofoam! Instead, we use biodegradable products like paper boxes, bamboo trays, and more.

Our heating instructions are paperless. Just scan the QR code on your meal’s packaging, pour a glass of wine, and start cooking.
We use insulating packaging with ice packs to keep things chilly.
