A mixed display of local meats and cheeses to include charcuterie curated by San Giuseppe in Elon, NC and alongside a  Seasonal goat cheese from Goat Lady Dairy in Climax, NC, Green Hill as well as a sage derby cheese and cheddar. Served with fresh honeycomb, raspberry preserves and crackers. (Nut-free. Contains dairy. Can be gluten free without crackers)

Fresh Vegetables and House-Made Dip Trio

Served with roasted red pepper hummus, garlic hummus, and green goddess dip. (Nut-free, dairy-free, gluten-free)

Tuscan Pesto Pasta Salad

Penne pasta, cooked al dente. Tossed with fresh pesto, aged asiago cheese, pickled banana peppers, shredded carrot and heirloom grape tomatoes. Makes a fresh light pasta salad option. (Nut free. Contains dairy and gluten)
