Christmas Order Cancellation Policy:
Customers must cancel orders by Sunday, December 10th to receive a refund with a 10% cancellation fee.
If you cancel your order after December 10th, no refund will be offered as the ingredients have already been ordered from suppliers. Orders placed after Sunday, December 10th may not be cancelled.
To limit food waste, we will happily deliver your meal to a friend, neighbor, or co-worker who can accept the order in your absence.
Yes! All our items are designed to stay fresh in your fridge for up to 4 days after you receive them. Be sure to refrigerate all your Christmas items when you receive them, except for the dinner rolls.
Everything now comes in oven-ready pans for even more ease!
For the Christmas Dinner Package, we recommend giving yourself about 2 hours of prep time to allow you to heat up your food. Most of this time is simply oven heating time!
The Southern Sides & Pie Package requires about 45 minutes of time in the oven before it's ready to serve.
The deadline to order from our Christmas menu is 11:59pm on Sunday, December 17th.

Curbside pickup is on Friday, December 22nd (noon to 5 only!) and Saturday, December 23rd.
Pickup is at 2600 Youngblood Street, Charlotte, 28203. We are located at the corner of Remount Rd and Youngblood St in South End.
Pickup Times:
Friday: 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
Saturday: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
Delivery is on Saturday, December 23rd only.
Your package will be delivered in an insulated box or bag with ice packs, so it is fine to stay on your doorstep for several hours if you're not home to receive it.
