Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries or pickups on the day you specify in your first or most recent order. Your weekly selections are based on the choices you made on your first or most recent order. You will receive similar items based on your first order or most recent order weekly.
Meals will be selected for you each week. We will select meals for your upcoming orders based on the selections you made for your first or most recent subscription order. We make selections based on the proteins, price point, and quantities in your first or most recent subscriptions order. When you make changes to your orders over time, those changes in quantity or protein options are taken into consideration as we select products for your future subscription orders. Your weekly delivery or pickup day will be based on the weekday selected on your 1st order or most recent order.
Subscription orders process at 12:01am on the Friday before you receive your order. Be sure to make any changes to your subscription or pause/skip before your order processes. Once an order processes, we cannot cancel your order or remove any items from your order. If you would like to add additional items to the order, please reach out to us no less than 48 hours before the day you’re scheduled to receive your order to request those additional items.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these orders weekly on Friday.
If you want to change your subscription or cancel you can do it at any time prior to your order processing on Friday. Your account details page has your order history and links to upcoming orders. You can manage your subscription from there.

Charlotte customers must cancel orders no less than 24 hours before their scheduled delivery/pick-up time to receive a full refund with a 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel your order less than 24 hours before your scheduled delivery/pick-up time, no refund will be offered.
Charleston and Raleigh/The Triangle customers must cancel orders no less than 48 hours before their scheduled delivery/pick-up time to receive a full refund with a 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel your order less than 48 hours before your scheduled delivery/pick-up time, no refund will be offered.
To limit food waste, we will happily deliver your meal to a friend, neighbor, or co-worker who can accept the order in your absence.
