We’ve done all the prep work, so all you need to do is place your delicious turkey in the oven! Best of all, our turkeys have been thawed so you can start cooking when you’re ready. All turkeys are brined fresh in a shallot, thyme, sage, garlic and maple syrup brine. Your turkey is then dried, tied, and seasoned then placed in a roasting pan ready to be cooked. All turkeys are accompanied by roasting aromatics, a heating thermometer, white wine and butter for basting. Simply pop your turkey in the oven for about 2 hours and it is ready to go!
