Empty contents into a microwave safe bowl. Add 3/4 cup of preferred milk to oats and stir. Microwave on 50% power for 2 minutes, stir, then microwave for 2 more minutes at 50% power. Let stand for 30 seconds before enjoying. Optional – add honey or maple syrup to adjust sweetness as desired.
Add 1/2 cup of preferred milk and 1/2 cup of preferred yogurt to oats and stir. Let sit refrigerated for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight. Optional – add honey or maple syrup to adjust sweetness as desired.
