Braised Short Rib Pot Roast: Traditional pot roast made with short ribs, carrots, celery and onions served with a short rib Au Jus.

Heating Instructions:Remove burgundy au jus. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Place in 375° oven for 30-40 min or until beef reaches an internal temp of 145°. While beef is in oven, place burgundy au jus in microwave safe dish and microwave on high for 1-2 min or until sauce is hot. Once short ribs are done in the oven remove and top with burgundy au jus. Serve hot.
